Sangareddy: There was a heavy influx of devotees at the Lord Saneeswara temple at Yedakulapalli in Jharasangam mandal on Saturday in the auspicious Telugu month of Shravan. People started thronging the temple right from 4 am. The temple authorities have made special arrangements in view of the rush of devotees.
The Lord was worshiped with 1108 pitchers of oil. Later, a Sani Maha Jagnam was performed amidst chanting of Vedic hymns. A large number of woman devotees attended the event. Zaheerabad market committee chairman d Lakshma Reddy, Jharasangam and Kohir mandal TRS leaders and others took part in the programme. The police made elaborate security arrangements for the event.
