Vikarabad: District Superintendent of Police (SP) T Annapurna on Wednesday hoisted the national tricolor flag and rendered the national anthem. She greeted the people of the district. Rewards were given away to 25 police personnel who were adjudged the meritorious.
Stating that the freedom that we enjoy now is the result of the sacrifices by many, she exhorted the police personnel to strive hard to earn a good name to the police department. Additional SP Paramala Narasimhulu, Special Branch Inspector Venkateswarlu and Ravi Kumar, DCRB Inspector Dasu, Police Control Room Inspector Srinivasulu, RI Kranti Kumar and others took part.
