World Photography Day celebrations conclude in Zheerabad

Zheerabad: The valedictory of the three-day World Photography Day celebrations was held here on Monday. The celebrations were held under the aegis of the Zaheerabad Photographers’ Association. Cultural programmes, blood-donation and other activities marked the celebrations, held at Jharasangam, Zaheerabad, Koheer, Nalkal, Mogudampalli and so on.
The association resident, B Mohan, told The Hans India that over 50 had donated blood at the camp held on the inaugural day of the celebrations, the Saturday. MLC Fariduddin traced the evolution of photography since its inception and noted that it acquired new trends with development of digital photogrpahy. He appreciated the association for organising various social service activities on the occasion. He felicitated some photographers by presenting them with shawls and mementoes.
