Hyderabad: The special court for CBI cases on Friday allowed V Vijay Sai Reddy, financial advisor for Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and accused number two in the disproportionate assets case, to go to Tirupati between June 1 and 3.
The order comes in the wake of an application filed by Vijay Sai, seeking permission to visit Tirupati to have the darshan of Lord Venkateswara, following his daughter's wedding which took place recently.
Vijay Sai had filed the application as his bail was cancelled by the Supreme Court with a direction to surrender before the trial court on or before June 5.
