A Karthika Masam Koti Deepotsavam was organised by Bhakti TV in the city on Sunday. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar of the Art of Living, actor Pawan Kalyan and spiritual master Chaganti Koteshwara Rao graced the event.

A Karthika Masam Koti Deepotsavam was organised by Bhakti TV in the city on Sunday. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar of the Art of Living, actor Pawan Kalyan and spiritual master Chaganti Koteshwara Rao graced the event.
Art of Living singers from Bengaluru, Shalini and Srinivas, regaled the crowd with their devotional songs. The event was attended by over 40,000 people.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar congratulated Bhakti TV for reviving the tradition of lighting lamps on such occasions. It was the first time that Sri Sri attended the event, which was being celebrated for the third consecutive year by Bhakti TV.
“The Art of Living has always been committed to cultural uplift and fostering human values. Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji’s participation in this event endorses this commitment,” said Ram Kumar Rathi, an apex body member of The Art of Living, Hyderabad.
