Award winning social plays to be screened

Koshish Theatre Group and COVA are organising a two day Deccani Theatre Festival featuring award winning plays on Saturday at the Telugu University Auditorium, Nampally and at the Salarjung Museum on Sunday. The programme would start from 6 pm.

The plays that would be staged are ‘Jung Chahiye Ya Aman’ (on Indo- Pakistan relations) and national integration (on equality of all religions) at Telugu University and ‘Kachre Wale Pe Tax –Kali Yug Ki Kahani’ (shows how poor also pay taxes), ‘Praja Nahin Nagarik Hain Hum’ (deals with governance from grassroots), and ‘Water’ (expose on wastage of this essence of life in daily use) at the Salarjung Museum. The entry is free.
