Customers with previous record of pending cases have been requested to provide references at the programme. The event would be followed by the ‘DIAL UR MD, HMWSSB’ programme from 6-6.30 pm. Customers can put across their grievances to the board’s managing director by quoting their CAN numbers on phones 66752212 / 66752213 / 66752214.
