Awareness workshop on public service

Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad, conducted a workshop on citizen service, quality management and security on Saturday as per the ministry’s instructions.The main objective of the programme was to raise awareness among the staff to provide better service to the citizens. Regional Passport Officer Ashwini Sattaru made the opening remarks which was followed by an awareness session on ISO certification by TCS personnel. Sambasiva Rao, MD, RTC, was invited to the event to motivate the staff on leadership skills, good governance and public relations.
