Physiotherapy camp receives good response.A two-day free physiotherapy camp was organised by the Dr Sisa Women and Child Development Centre at its premises in Masab Tank on Sunday.
A two-day free physiotherapy camp was organised by the Dr Sisa Women and Child Development Centre at its premises in Masab Tank on Sunday. Several women suffering from various musculoskeletal and neurological ailments such as neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee pain and paralysis were treated using electrotherapy, exercise therapy and manipulations.

Fitness trainer Kavitha Nagilla applauded the initiative and distributed free cervical collars, lumbar belts and knee caps. Kavitha said that there was a need to bring more awareness on physiotherapy as women were more prone to body pains. She expressed her will to volunteer in training women on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). SISA president Dr Syed Imam Showkath Ali said that several women empowerment programmes would be initiated soon.
