Karachi: Pakistan National Security Adviser Sartaj Aziz has reportedly gone on record to say that India is using Afghan soil to launch attacks on Pakistan.

He however, added that Indian involvement had decreased ever since Pakistan and Afghanistan resolved to not let their soils be used against each other, reported the Dawn.
Responding to a question on the Kashmir issue, Aziz said that the Indian stance on the issue has been "non-cooperative" ever since the formation of the Modi government. He added that the previous Indian governments' approach to the issue was "subtle" but the Modi-led government has maintained that if Pakistan has to maintain good ties with India then it should compromise on Kashmir . India wanted resumption of dialogue on its own terms and conditions which was "not acceptable to Pakistan," he said.
Aziz said that Pakistan still intended to improve ties with India and added that the issues of national security and better relations with neighbouring countries were "foremost" on the government's agenda when the Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz ( PML-N) came to power following the May 2013 elections.
