Karimnagar: A 9th class student has been kidnapped in Karimnagar. In Mukurapuram, Munajuruddin has been working as a teacher. His son, Muzafiruddin is in class IX at a local private school. As usual, he left for school at 7 a.m. on Monday. But, the teachers informed his mother that he didn't attend the school. Just after a few minutes, his mother received another call from an unknown person that they had kidnapped their son; and demanded 20 lakhs over the phone. She said they also warned her to not give any information to the police. A compliant has been lodged to this extent and investigations are on, police sources added.
