90 vehicles seized during cordon & search op
Following the directions of district Superitendent of Police Parimala, under the supervision of Suryapet Circle Inspector Mogilaiah, 100 police personnel carried out the cordon and search operation in Indiramma Colony which falls under the limits of Suryapet Town police station.
Suryapet: The police seized 70 motorcycles and 20 auto-rickshaws during cordon and search operation, carried out in Indiramma Colony in Suryapet town in the early hours of Wednesday.
Following the directions of district Superitendent of Police Parimala, under the supervision of Suryapet Circle Inspector Mogilaiah, 100 police personnel carried out the cordon and search operation in Indiramma Colony which falls under the limits of Suryapet Town police station.
Based on the inputs of intelligence wing about the illegal activities in the area, the police had taken up the search operation.During the search operation, police checked houses and also verified the identity of the persons working and staying in them.They seized 70 motorcycles and 20 auto-rickshaws as the owners failed to produce the valid Registration Certficate papers.
