Bhongir: District Collector Anitha Ramchandran directed the Yadadri temple authorities to take all precautionary measures for crowd management to avoid troubles to the devotees during rush days and weekends.

On Sunday, she visited the hillock to know the various measures and facilities that have been taken by the authorities concerned. She, along with temple EO Geetha, spent about two hours on the hill and examined the crowd at Bala Alayam, temple pond, Kayanakatta, Prasadam counters and parking lots.

Later, she directed the Executive Officer to improve arrangements at entrance and exit points of the temple to prevent inconvenience to devotees. She suggested the EO to direct the lorries that carry construction material to dump in nights only during the rush days to avoid any untoward incidents.

She ordered Gutta CI Raghuveer Reddy to pay special attention to parking, and guide people to park their vehicles at respective parking lots provided at down the hill and at crossroads on the hill.

She suggested temple authorities to direct RTC to run minibuses to hillock from Gutta bus stand for ease of devotees. She also inspected the progress of temple works and enquired about the status.
