Alair: Government Whip Gongidi Sunitha urged the people to have regular checkups after crossing 40 years of age to maintain physical fitness and to address health issues, which can be detected only after conducting tests.

On Sunday, he inaugurated a mega health camp organised by Market Committee in association with Hyderabad's Continental Hospital in Alair.

Speaking on the occasion, Sunitha said everyone knows health is wealth but gives least priority to health care on the pretext of fulfilling family responsibilities.

She appreciated the Market Committee Chairman Sumalatha and doctors of Continental Hospital for conducting medical camp in Aler for the welfare of farmers and people. About 800 people availed the services at the camp and got general checkups.

District Marketing Officer Sarika, Sarpanch Santhosh, MPP Anasurya, ZPTC Parameshwar, Markat Committee vice-chairman Ramchandra Reddy, Continental Hospital doctors Raghuveer and Afreen and others participated in the health camp.
