Suryapet: It was a close shave for nearly 60 passengers travelling in Suryapet-bound RTC bus when the bus overturned after hitting the median at Malkapur crossroads in Yadadri district on Friday. In the incident, seven passengers suffered mild injuries and were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
According to RTC Nalgonda Regional Manager Vijay Kumar, the RTC bus of Suryapet depot, bearing registration number AP24Z 0061, with 60 passengers aboard heading towards Suryapet from Hyderabad, overturned after hitting the median at Malkapur crossroads, just few kilometers away from Choutuppal.
