Kothagudem MLA lauds cauliflower farmers
The MLA Jalagam Venkat Rao visited the Sujatha Nagar mandal here on Monday. The MLA has observed the Cauliflower cultivation in the village and appreciated the farmers. He interacted with farmers who are cultivating the crop of Cauliflower and he asked the farmers how they maintained crop of Cauliflower yield.

He interacted with farmers who are cultivating the crop of Cauliflower and he asked the farmers how they maintained crop of Cauliflower yield.
Farmer NRosi Reddy explained to the MLA, that the Cauliflower crop is the 90 days crop, adding that he received 8,000 Cauliflowers. The farmer said the investment is Rs30,000 and the profit is 90,000.
An impressed MLA stated thatthe officials should encourage farmers to grow such crops. He also appreciated the farmers for doing good job. The MPP BKrishana, Atma Chairman Pitchireddy and Agricultural Officers also accompanied MLA in this programme.
