Khammam: Chairman of the State Minority Congress Fakruddin here on Thursday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao with his sugar-coated words was deceiving the Muslim minorities in the Telagnana State.
The District Muslim Congress meeting was held under the leadership of the District Congress president Aitham Satyam here at Sanjeeva Reddy Bhavan in Khammam on Thursday. Speaking at the meeting, Fakruddin said before going to election KCR had promised 12 per cent reservations to Muslims, but now, after coming to power he was blaming the Central government stating that it was not permitting to do so and was deceiving the Muslims. He also criticised the government for not sanctioning bank loans to Muslims.
With all hollow promises and mesmerizing words, the Chief MInister was cutting the time without fulfilling any single promise, he pointed. He demanded the government to fulfill all the promises that were made to the Muslim Minorities present across the State, otherwise state-wise they would start agitation against the government and will teach a fitting lesson, he warned.
