Huzurnagar: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N Uttam Kumar Reddy reiterated that with thumping majority, the Congress would to power in the next general elections in the State and at the Centre. The TPCC chief toured Huzurnagar constituency on Thursday and participated in several programmes.
Addressing the media persons on the occasion, he accused the KCR family of leading a lavish life with public money. Stating that suspension of congress MLAs from Assembly was undemocratic, he informed that ignoring all procedures and the Constitution, the Speaker acted as agent of the ruling party.
Due to fear of exposing the mistakes of government by Congress MLAs on the floor of the House, on directions of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, the Speaker suspended the Congress MLAs with baseless reasons, he alleged.
Slamming the Chief Minister for using private chopper with government money and machinery for his personnel works in Kolkata, Uttam questioned the State government over ignoring the problems of people in the name of Third Front politics. “For KCR and TRS party, 2019 elections are last elections and people would bury the pink party permanently with the power of vote,” he said.
