The leaders of the Two Town committee of the Communist Party of India-Marxist’ (CPI-M) has conducted a unique campaign by taking out a rally with 1111-metre-long flag, appealing to the people to make the party national conference, to be held in Hyderabad, a grand success.

Khammam: The leaders of the Two Town committee of the Communist Party of India-Marxist’ (CPI-M) has conducted a unique campaign by taking out a rally with 1111-metre-long flag, appealing to the people to make the party national conference, to be held in Hyderabad, a grand success.

The rally was taken from Pavilion grounds to Zilla Parishad Centre. The rally was led by CPI-M party state unit leader Pothineni Sudharshan Rao and party district unit secretary Nunna Nageswar Rao.

Speaking on the occasion, Nageshwar Rao said many key decisions would be taken during the 22nd party national conference, to be held in Hyderabad between April 18 and 22. He urged the party leaders and activists, intellectuals, students, representatives of various people’s organisations to attend the conference on April 22 and make it a grand success.

The red rally by the CPI-M party leaders and activists with 1111-metre-long party flag and specially designed bike with 22 flags attracted the attention of people in the city. CPI-M party leaders Y Vikram, N Ramesh, B Sudharshan, K Gurumurthy, S K Hussain, M Sathyam, J Venkanna Babu, B Sudharshan, Ch Veerabhadram, S K Gouse, S K Johny miya, Gayatri, S K Bhibi, K Dhasharatham, Radha Krishna, B Upendra Naik, Chiranjeevi and Nageshwar Rao were present along with others.
