Stop Goebbels propaganda: Sukender Reddy to Congress

Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Sukender Reddy dismissed the Congress party leaders’ allegations over the selection of land for Suryapet District Collectorate as false.
Stating that the Congress leaders were not learning lessons even after four years since the formation of Telangana State, he said the infighting among Congress leaders had dented the party’s image. The Congress leaders are competing with each for Chief Minister’s post, he said
Irrigation expert late R Vidya Sagar was the first person, who raised his voice against the injustice done in water allocations to the Telangana region during united Andhra Pradesh. The TRS government was making all-out efforts to complete the irrigation projects to help farmers.
The government would soon distribute 16 lakh cheques to farmers under Rythu Bandu scheme soon. The district stood first position in the State in procuring paddy during Kariff season. Procurement centres in the district have started purchasing paddy from farmers during this season, too, he said.
