prajaKhammam: Superintendent of Police A V Ranganath received several complaints from general public as part of `Praja Diwas' programme held in Khammam on Monday. The programme is held on Mondays by the police officials to receive grievances from common people. A woman complainant from Ramnagar in Kothagudem, Rahena Begum, complained that her husband had been staying with another woman for the past four years. With the support of her husband, a person residing opposite to their house, in an inebriated condition, has been creating nuisance in the odd hours, she said. She stated that she has three children. Her in-laws are also encouraging her husband to live with another woman, she complained. The SP directed the Kothagudem CI to register a case against the accused persons. An old man, Mansingh from Narsapuram in Gundala mandal, has complained that his sons have been attacking him to acquire the property. The SP instructed the Gundala CI to register a case against the attackers. The SP asked the people to get receipts when they register cases in police stations.
