Medical students ends life in Hyderabad

A 17-year-old girl committed suicide by hanging herself on Tuesday. The deceased, identified as Sirisha was a first-year student of a medical college.

The incident took place in the area which falls under the jurisdiction of Meerpet Police Station.

As per the reports, the girl returned home from college on Tuesday and shut the door of her room. Her brother returned home after few hours and found his sister not responding from the room. He broke open the door and found his sister hanging to the ceiling fan in the room.

A case has been registered in this regard. The reason behind the suicide is not yet ascertained and police have begun the investigation.
