KTR says Opposition trying to sabotage Rythu Bandhu
Telangana minister KTR accused the Opposition of trying pit the land owners against the tenant farmers. Speaking after distributing the cheques to the farmers under the Rythu Bandhu scheme at Bhutpur in Mahabubnagar district, he said that the land owners should voluntarily give the Rythu Bandhu amount to the tenant farmers.

He said on the occasion that the Government has provided irrigation facility to over 7 lakh acres in the last four years. He said that if the Karivena project is completed, another 60000 acres would be irrigated in Bhutpur alone.
He said the TRS Government has asked the Central Government to link up the NREGS to agriculture. And hike the support price to the agricultural produce by 25 per cent. He also asked the people not to believe the innuendo being spread by he Opposition against the Rythu Bandhu scheme.
