In a bid to improve last-mile connectivity for the Hyderabad Metro, the Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited and the L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited are launching the Station Access and Mobility Programme (STAMP) challenge.

In a bid to improve last-mile connectivity for the Hyderabad Metro, the Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited and the L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited are launching the Station Access and Mobility Programme (STAMP) challenge.

In collaboration with World Resources Institute (WRI India) and the Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF), STAMP was an open challenge platform for startup companies, investors and entrepreneurs to provide electric, shared vehicles and other connected mobility solutions to bridge the first and last mile connectivity to the Metro in Hyderabad.

Under this programme, the citizens will be able to easily access the Metro network and commuting convenient.

STAMP will address key commuter concerns, thus helping Hyderabad Metro Rail to become the first option for everyday commuting.

Investors will support the winners of the programme to implement their solutions which will benefit commuters access the Metro more conveniently. To be launched on June 9 at Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills at 10:30 am, the programme will hold discussions on ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship to enhance Urban Mobility’ with domain experts, entrepreneurs, investors, senior officials of the government and other stakeholders in attendance.
