Justice C Ramachadran was hearing the filed by Chinnam Venkata Ramana who charged a petition against erecting the Perumalla Pranay statue in Miryalaguda and had dismissed after hearing the arguments of a counsel representing Telangana government.
The counsel said that it had asked the Pranay's father Balaswamy to seek permission from the authorities before installing the statue following the orders of SC on erecting statues in public places.
