Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that foundation stone will be laid for Kadapa steel plant in December.
He came down heavily on YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for maintaining silence on state issues mainly the steel plant, special status and injustice meted out to Andhra by the centre in other sectors after the bifurcation of state.
The chief minister said that the BJP led NDA made the promise of according special status to AP in the Parliament and also assured the completion of Polavaram project and Rs 15,000 crore grant to overcome revenue deficit.
None of the assurances are fulfilled. The BJP leaders announced Rayalaseema declaration but steel plant was not included.
