Last date for applying NEET UG 2019 extended by a week

The last date for applying NEET UG 2019 has been extended by a week on Thursday after the Supreme Court directed the National Testing Agency to provide a week relief to the aspirants. 

The Supreme Court has passed the orders to allow the candidates of 25 years and above (30 and above in case of reserved categories) to take the test for MBBS/BDS courses. 

Meanwhile, the National Platform for the Rights of the Disabled (NPRD) has written to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of social justice and empowerment and Medical Council of India (MCI) to extend the last date by a month.
