Hyderabad/ Jaipur: The youngest State, Telangana, and the largest Rajasthan Friday vote will be a mandate for or against the current chief minister.

As the polling is underway in Rajasthan and Telangana Assembly elections. Votes are being cast in 199 Assembly constituencies of Rajasthan as polling was cancelled at Ramgarh seat in Alwar district following the death of Bahujan Samaj party candidate Laxman Singh. All 119 Assembly constituencies in Telangana are polling on Friday.

The young voters showed great enthusiasm since morning. Long queues were seen outside polling booth in both the states. From first time voters to nonagenarian voters thronged the polling booths in both states to celebrate what is commonly referred to as a festival of democracy.

Who all casted their vote?

An 80 year old woman was seen at a polling booth in Jodhpur district. She was wrapped in a Shwal to beat the chill of the early winter, she seemed very enthusiastic and posed the cameras after casting her vote at booth # 103 in Sardarpura constituency of Jodhpur.

Telangana is No less, youngsters to aged people showed eagerness in reaching to polling booth. People were in long queues in Hyderabad and other places in Telangana.

In Rajasthan the election commission had set up over 250 all women polling booths. Commonly called pink booths, as they helped in improving vote percentage.

In Telangana many High Profile people came out in the early hours to cast their votes. Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna and his wife Amala Akkineni stand in a queue to cast their vote at Booth # 151 in Jubliee Hills Hyderabad.

Actor Allu Arjun was also seen standing in a queue to cast his vote at Booth# 152 in Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad.

Telangana Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao casted his vote in polling Booth # 102 in Siddipet constituency.

Rajasthan, State Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria offered prayers at Shiv temple in Udaipur before casting his vote.

Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje cast her vote at polling Booth# 31A in Jhalrapatan constituency in Jhalwar district of Rajasthan.
