Vijayawada: A grand opening it was. The first ever government residential project proposed in Amaravati.

The first flat of the high rise happy nest towers was sold just 42 seconds after Andhra Pradesh capital Region Development Authority ( APCRDA) it’s portal for bookings on Friday at 9 am. Officials concerned said the demand for the flats was high throughout the day and all 300 flats were purchased by the evening in spite of initial technical glitches due to overloading of the server.

The virtual viewing of The happy nest project, proposed in about 15 acres will have 1,200 flats in a cluster of G+18 towers and the website of the project has a facility to have virtual viewing of each flat before booking.

Customers booked the flats by paying a token advance of ₹ 2 lakhs and are from IT, Government, Business and NRI communities, as per the info from the CRDA.
