Kadapa:February 5 District Collector Ch.Harikiran has said that Gandikota hereditary celebrations would be performed in a grand not from February 9 and 10 in the district.
Speaking after flying Balloon to mark 2 day Gandikota celebrations at Seven Cross Roads as part of canvasing the 2 day event here on Tuesday he said that in view of bringing historical importance of GandiKota chief minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu is Keen performing the event in colorful manner by allocating adiquate funds.
He said as part of this initiative Sobha Yatra will be held 8,9, 10 February at kadapa, Proddatur, Jammala Madugu respectively.
He said that events like Adventure, Sports, Boat competitions etc would be held during the event. Joint Collector koteswara Rao, Jc-2 Siva Reddy, trainee collector Gopala Krishna and others were present.
