​Kabir Singh Is A Very Special Film Says Shahid Kapoor

Actor Shahid Kapoor says his forthcoming drama Kabir Singh is a really special film, on the sidelines of Filmfare Style and Glamour Awards.

Shahid Kapoor was spotted at the red carpet of Filmfare style and glamour awards gala night, dressed in a classy outfit.

Talking about his forthcoming remake film, Shahid said, “I am having a great time. I think Kabir Singh is a very special film. Even Arjun Reddy was an amazing film, so it is really stressful making a remake of a film that has been loved so much, it is such an iconic film”

“So I am enjoying it and it is such a challenging role. I am really excited to share it with people, we are done with 70% of the film and it will be out on 21st June”

With Valentines Day around the corner, we asked Shahid Kapoor about his plans for the special day, he said, “We’re usually very spontaneous, Meera and I, we do whatever we feel like at the last moment, and now obviously there are kids, so we have to make sure they are the priority. So I don’t know, no plans, we will see”

Kabir Singh is written and directed by Sandeep Vanga. It is a remake of his own directorial Arjun Reddy. The film stars Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. It focuses on the title character, an alcoholic surgeon who goes on a self-destructive path after his ex-lover marries someone else.
