Sangareddy MLA Jaggareddy took potshots against Siddipet MLA Harish Rao for injustice meted out to the people of the district by diverting water from Manjeera and Singur reservoirs to Siddipet and Gajwel.
He also said the KCR might not be aware of the water being diverted by Harish Rao from the Manjeera to Sriramsagar project. "Manjeera reservoir has been dried up and turned like a desert," said Jaggareddy making Harish as responsible for it.
Jagga Reddy further said that Manjeera water belongs to people of erstwhile Medak district. Reddy also demanded action against Harish Rao along with Rs 10 crore funds for the allocation of water to Sangareddy.
