Hyderabad: Youth hailing from Cyberabad was arrested in Uttar Pradesh on Monday as he was involved in cheating several unemployed youth by promising them jobs in various central government agencies including Railway Board was arrested by Central Crime Station (CCS) sleuths on Monday.
CCS officials said that Gulam Mohammed Illahi, a resident of Dabeerpura and a few others created a fake website of railway Recruitment Board and issued fake offer letters by collecting Rs 2.5 lakh cash from each of the 24 victims.
While the investigation is under the progress, police arrested Illahi at Chandauli in Up after a tip -off. Based on a complaint loidged by one of the victims, a case was registered.
