New Delhi: A Patiala House court on Thursday reserved till March 15 its order on a revision petition of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor challenging the order of committal of the Sunanda Pushkar death case to sessions for trial.

Tharoor had challenged the committal on the ground that there were discrepancies in the electronic evidence filed along with the charge sheet by the Special Investigation Team (SIT).

Sessions court judge Arun Bhardwaj said that the order will be passed on March 15.

A magistrate's court had on February 4 committed the case to sessions court for trial.

Tharoor's wife Pushkar was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a suite of a Delhi hotel on the night of January 17, 2014. The couple were staying in the hotel as their house was undergoing renovation.
