Pakistan strikes back with an FIR against IAF

An FIR has been lodged by the Pakistan forestry department against the Indian Air Force pilots who had bombed a terrorist training camp in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province last week.
According to the Express Tribune newspaper, the FIR states that, more than a dozen trees -- 19, to be precise -- have been damaged as the Indian jets "hastily dropped their payload".

Climate Change Minister Malik Amin Aslam told Reuters last week that, “What happened over there is environmental terrorism,” by saying that dozens of pine trees had been felled.
Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa said the IAF does not count the dead, but only targets hit and missed. "If we had dropped bombs in the jungle, then no need for him [Pakistan] to respond," Dhanoa told reporters in Coimbatore this week.
"Were you uprooting terrorists or trees?," asked Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu, in an attack on the government.
Sources have said that, the IAF has told the Centre that 80 percent of bombs hit targets -- it has also given the government proof through satellite and radar imagery.
