Chef Shivneet Pohoja from ITC Dwarka, New Delhi is formally trained in contemporary Chinese cuisine at Singapore by Tunglok Pte Ltd., Singapore’s finest restaurant chain and alongside his long stint at Singapore only strengthened his understanding of Singapore’s unique street food culture. He brings to the Deccan Pavillion at ITC Kakatiya hotel, the Singaporean street food delights taking you through the flavours of China town and Little India. The specially crafted menu will be available at dinner times as a part of the buffet during the Makan Shiok -Singapore Street Food Festival till May 25.
