Willow Creek, the Bigfoot capital of the world, hosts the largest celebration of the prehistoric man-ape each Labor Day weekend. The annual event attracts visitors from all over the world to learn about this legendary creature. It was here that the term Bigfoot was coined in 1958. Nine years later, the famous Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot film footage was shot nearby.

This three-day homecoming for the hominid, which promises plenty of Bigfoot sightings, includes a parade, food & craft booths, oyster feed, BBQ, logging contests, petting zoo, kids bike race, lawn mower race, and disc golf.
