Buying the right diamond

An event was conducted for YFLO members on how to purchase the right diamonds, followed by Krishna Mehta’s fashion show

Kirtilals, a diamond jewellery brand, hosted a unique event for Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) members today in their showroom. A specialist from Gemological Institute of America (GIA) was invited to address the session on how to buy the right diamond.

The session was followed by a fashion show by Krishna Mehta, Mumbai-based ace designer representing masterpieces from the house. A specialist from GIA, the authority on diamond certification, shared info on quality of diamonds and how they can be chosen.

Speaking on the occasion, Suraj Shatakumar, director – business strategy, Kirtilals, said, “We believe that jewellery bought is an investment for generations and we are delighted to host this interesting session by GIA on identifying and investing in the right diamond for our patrons.”
