Beating pollution with herbals

A demonstration on ‘Pure Skin Neem Facial Activity’ was conducted by the Himalaya Wellness Drug Company on Thursday. The event involved demonstration of facial techniques and an interactive session designed to create awareness on skin care and use of herbal products. Attendants had a gala time enjoying free facial demonstration with the brand’s range of herbal products.

Beauty expert Ch Sri Jyothi who conducted the facial demonstration at the store said, “The exposure to pollution and the frequent changes in climatic conditions make one's skin look lifeless. For a healthy skin, it is very important to follow a proper beauty regime like cleansing, toning and moisturising, twice a day. It helps keep skin pure, hydrated and toned. Besides this, one must exfoliate their face and use a pack to remove deep seated impurities.”

Himalaya’s beauty advisors offered their signature facials, which included cleansing, toning, moisturising, exfoliation and pack application. The purpose of the activity was to highlight the importance of getting facials done at regular intervals to maintain pure and healthy skin.
