London: In first of its kind an American father-son duo is all set to marry each other after being together for more than 50 years.
Bill Novak initially adopted Norman MacArthur as son because it was the only way they could have used in Pennsylvania to legally be together and give underpinning to their relationship, the Daily Star reported.
The moment couple got to know that United States District Court ruled out Pennsylvania's marriage laws they decided to tie knot and give name to their relationship.
MacArthur said that after years of legal wrangling they will finally tie the knot and with this they feel an enormous sense relief and freedom that they have been dreaming of for years.
