Elena Fernandes to co-judge ‘Elite Model Look India Delhi auditions ’ with Jamal Shaikh and Marc Robinson!
Elena Fernandes, who made a stellar debut with Karan Johar’s Kapoor & Sons, will be co-judging the world’s most prestigious international model hunt along with the event organiser and licensee Marc Robinson and Jamal Shaikh. Founded in 1983, Elite Model Look is an annual fashion event credited with discovering supermodels including Cindy Crawford, Gisele Bundchen, Lara Stone and Alessandra Ambrosio.
Each year, thousands of candidates across 30 countries participate in this extraordinary modelling competition considered as a launching pad, not just for a modelling career, but for the world stage.
The fashion event is held in India every year since 2004 and the winner of the event represents India at the Elite Model Look contest.
Taking up her judging role again as she was on the jury panel last year too, Elena has been called back considering her international career and ability to scout potential talent.
Elena says, “I will be sitting on the jury with Marc Robinson and Jamal Shaikh at the Delhi round on September 24. It’s the biggest model competition in the world and we will be looking for fresh Indian talent.”
