Once you are comfortable, you can also start walking for five minutes to begin with. Walk and slowly increase the. Time you walk. Cycling, swimming and aerobics can be performed slowly, after six weeks. Initially you may not be able to do more than ten minutes. But slowly, you can build up your strength. All types of workouts can be started after three months.
