District Collector A Dinakar Babu in response to a complaint during the Dial Your Collector programme here on Monday warned that criminal action would be taken against the persons who were illegally drawing pensions.He was responding to a call made bythe former sarpanch of Jaggannapalli village in Medak mandal who stated that over 200 persons have been illegally drawing pensions in their village. The collector said that a senior officer would inquire into the complaint and the pensions would be cancelled to the ineligible persons.

People from Lakshmiprasanna colony in Gajwel mandal and Kalabgur in Sangareddy complained to the collector about the mosquito menace. He immediately instructed the municipal officials and the district panchayat officer to take suitable action.
Ganesh from Madaram village in Jinnaram mandal complained that he was yet to receive payment for Indiramma Housing scheme. Nagaiah of Madwar village of Narayankhed mandal appealed to the collector to sanction house under Indiramma Housing scheme. Physically handicapped person Sirajuddin of Veldurti mandal appealed for pension and allot work under food for work programme.
Bhaskar complained he was yet to receive Bonds under Janasri Bima Yojana. The collector issued instructions to the social welfare officials to release scholarships to the students immediately. Joint Collector Dr A Sarath, additional joint collector BNVVN Murthy, district revenue officer I Prakash Kumar, officials of various departments, special officers were present.
