KCR never demanded the BJP government at the Centre for incentives to Telangana in his four-and-a-half years’ rule. Now surprisingly, he is criticising Sonia Gandhi for her assurance to AP for Special Category Status. I do not understand how Telangana industries will move away to A P when A P is given Special Status. KCR is arguing that the TDP will influence in Telangana. But it is contesting in just 14 seats and how it would influence the government after coming to power? KCR is afraid of defeat in the coming elections. In fact, the KCR government failed in all aspects. He failed to provide 12 % reservations to Muslims. He is misleading Muslim community by promising 12 % reservation.
KCR is having tacit understanding with the BJP. The BJP is against reservation to Muslims. So, it is nothing but fooling the Muslim community. KCR took ambiguous stand on the Triple Talaq that was passed by Parliament with an ordinance. KCR is shedding crocodile’s tears on Muslims. KCR talks much about farmers. But in fact, Telangana is the second in the list of State with high numbers of farmers’ suicide. The TRS government failed to provide jobs to unemployed youth as it promised. He promised three acres of land to Dalits. Poor Dalit families are still waiting to get three acres of land as promised by KCR. KCR failed to provide KG to PG free education. He pushed revenue surplus State into a Rs 2 lakh crore debt. So KCR failed in all aspects and now his blast against Sonia Gandhi is meaningless.Zeeshaan, Kazipet.

It is ironical to see that the Congress which had ignored the concerns of distressed people of Telangana during its regime is now promising to increase pension for them. It is the TRS and its chief K Chandrashekar Rao brought statehood to Telangana and put the infant State into development path. There are no takers for UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi’s emotional speech at Medchal and people of Telangana are wise enough to understand the political drama being played by the Congress and its newfound allies. The TRS government is the only one which is providing 24-hour power supply to the farmers.
The Congress’ 10-year rule in the State did nothing for the welfare of the people of Telangana. It neglected farmers and ignored their woes for the betterment of irrigation works in Telangana. It is shameful for the Congress for merging with TDP which had taken seven mandals of Khammam during the bifurcation of the State. The Congress-led alliance has no right to seek votes from people of Telangana.
