Yadagirigutta (Nalgonda): Rajya Sabha member V Hanumanta Rao, Minister Mukesh Goud, Hyderabad city commissioner of police Anurag Sharma, district collector N Mukteswara Rao among others are the very important persons who visited Lakshminarasimha Swamy temple at Yadagirigutta on Sunday.

V Hanumanta Rao as part of his birthday celebrations visited the temple. He said that he appealed to the presiding deity Lakshminarasimha Swamy to give good thoughts to Advocate General Sudarshan Reddy and Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.

Talking to the media the Parliament member said that the reservations to the local bodies were decided at the State-level and he would strive to bring changes in the reservation system by taking the district as unit. Earlier, Rajya Sabha member V Hanumanta Rao went around in a horse-driven cart at Yadagirigutta. He visited the colony for the physically handicapped and learnt about their problems. He appealed to the accompanying district collector N Mukteswara Rao to solve their problems. The collector assured the colony that their problems would be looked into.

Minister Mukesh Goud along with his family members visited the temple. He told the media persons that the Central government should take a decision on Telangana at an early date. He said that they demanded Rayala Hyderabad after Rayalaseema people demanded Rayala Telangana. He said that he was committed for separate Telangana only.

Sizable number of devotees visited the Lakshminarasimha Swamy temple here due to the holiday. However, there has been inordinate delay to enter the temple due to the influx of the VIPs at the temple. The irate devotees got angry with the temple authorities for not providing minimal facilities like drinking water. They appealed to the minister to provide facilities to the devotees at the famous temple.

Meanwhile, Hyderabad Commissioner of Police Anurag Sharma also visited the temple.
