New Delhi: Adding some more happiness to the members of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and its supporters, the Election Commission has now recognized the Aam Admi Party as a State Party of Delhi with reserved symbol of broom based on the party’s performance in the recent Assembly elections.

After fulfilling all the requisite conditions intended for the purpose of getting recognized, on Thursday late evening the decision has been disclosed by the Election Commission. From the other side, the Aam Admi Party is in dilemma whether to take support from the Congress party to form a government in Delhi or not.

For any party, in order to get recognized, the party needs to claim at least 3% seats with a condition of minimum number of 3 seats and 6% of valid votes. As the party flourished in the elections with 28 seats victory, it was expected to get the recognition. But, the announcement that came from the Election is rather delayed, according to experts.
