Is Aston Martin right choice for Indian roads?

Aston Martin, the car which has been in the news for quite some time for its unique features and contemporary prolific features grabbed the attention of the people around the world. But, now the question that arises in everyone’s mind is whether such a car deems fit to Indian Roads.

In India, it’s a most common feature that approximately after every 10mts of length and breadth of the road, we find either a pothole or damage on the road. Such condition of the roads irritates even the pedestrians. The conditions of the roads are even worse in the metros. Even the well maintained roads are damaged for the want of a digging to rectify the snags related to water supply, telephone connections or otherwise. The officials of various departments like telecom, municipality etc never bothers to repair the intentionally dug holes on the road. Such lacunal issues are the need of the hour, which need a clear addressing.

It may be possible for the richest of the rich to own an Aston Martin sort of luxurious car. But, the same is not compatible for the Indian roads, undoubtedly. The recent crash of Aston Martin in Mumbai has drawn the attention from all corners of India. But, who is to be blamed? The one who drove the car or the incompatible roads? Let’s take a serious look into the issue and make the roads befitting for all vehicles either owned by the poorest of the poor or the richest of the rich.
