Jharkhand: Serial landmine blasts hurt 12 security men

In a suspected Naxal attack at Giridih in Jharkhand on Monday as many as seven landmine blasts rocked in a sequence. According to Giridih SP Kranti Kumar Garhdeshi, while there were no fatalities, as many as 12 security personnel were injured in the blasts.

The top cop has rushed to the area with reinforcements. He told the media that a search party of CRPF, Jharkhand Jaguar and local police was going to locate the kidnapped government employees when there were serial landmine blasts. The blast took place near Parasnath hills, he added.
