Senior IAS official BB Mohanty suspended by Rajasthan government, IAS officer, Vasundhara Raje. The officials have carried out the investigation and submitted a detailed report.

The police have summoned Mohanty to attend on Wednesday for interrogation on the very matter. The statement of the victim was recorded by the police on Tuesday.
BB Mohanty has allegedly promised the 22 years old woman to get her through the civil services examination and invited her to his residence. At his residence Mohanty repeatedly raped her and promised her that he will marry her. The duo went on tours to various places including Bharatpur, Goa, Agra, Udaypur. Later, they reached Jaipur. When she inquired about her employment, Mohanty said he was not aware of anything. The victim approached the court. The court in turn ordered for a probe. As part of this, the police have recorded the statement of the victim. From the other end, Mohanty condemned the allegations are false.
