Sonia, the perfect management guru

There is no doubt that Sonia Gandhi is the perfect management guru. The Thursday happenings in the Loksabha add evidence to the very fact. The way Speaker’s podium was safeguarded, individual Seemandhra MPs blocked up and how the bill was introduced and many more happenings inside the house gives corroboration to the typical managerial qualities of Sonia Gandhi, the UPA chairperson.

Grapevine had it that Sonia Gandhi nominated a few MPs of Congress Party as part of her strategy to surround the speaker’s podium and as many as 45 congress MPs acted as the marshals to ensure the introduction of Telangana bill at an appropriate time before the introduction of the bill. It is learnt that Azahruddin and Vijayashanthi were the two prominent MPs who were deployed for the very purpose.

As far as the individuals are concerned, almost each and every MP from Seemandhra was circled and backed up by about 3 to 5 members from Congress. A preplanned escape way was caved out to facilitate rushing out of members incase of any untoward thing happening in the house.

Whatsoever may be the case, Sonia Gandhi is not only a perfect planner but also executor.
